Als Reaktion auf die von der USGA und der R&A vorgeschlagene Model Local Rule (MLR) für Golfbälle forderte TaylorMade alle Golfer auf, in einer Umfrage ihre Meinung zum Thema Drosselung von Golfbällen zu äußern.

Fast 45.000 Golfspieler aus mehr als 100 Ländern, mit unterschiedlichen Altersgruppen, Fähigkeiten und Spielstärken, haben sich die Zeit für die Umfrage genommen. Here are the full results.

The next generation of golfers said they would be less interested in professional golf if the proposed MLR were to go into effect, with 57 percent of golfers aged 18-34 years old stating they would be less interested, while five percent said they would be more interested.
