We all know that’s it’s important to stay hydrated on course. But in this drill, El Caballero Country Club Director of Instruction Tasha Bohlig shows us how a simple glass of water can help you create extension in your driver swing.

Ashley Grier knows the importance of distance off the tee. She commonly competes against the men in the PGA of America ranks, as she’s the first woman in the 95-year history of the Philadelphia PGA Section to win an event against a men’s field. She also competed in the PGA Professional Championship in 2019. Here’s a tip that helps keep her swing powerful while we’re all spending more time indoors.
