The Kingdom at The Grove: By The Numbers
Excitement continues to build at The Kingdom at The Grove as TaylorMade’s next chapter of performance and custom fitting in Europe begins to take physical form.
What started as a vision is now becoming a purpose-built performance facility, designed to deliver The Kingdom experience fully aligned with TaylorMade’s global standards. With construction progressing, the scale, intent and craftsmanship behind the project are increasingly clear at The Grove.
This is not simply a new build. It is a modern facility, created for elite fitting and performance insight.
The structural foundations of The Kingdom at The Grove are now firmly in place.
With more than 13,500 bricks laid, the building reflects a permanent, considered approach to performance architecture. Inside, over 100 timber frames and panels shape a natural flow between fitting bays, analysis spaces and relaxed hospitality areas.
Light and connection to the outdoors play a central role. Twenty-two panes of glass and three large external shutters opening onto the training bays ensure the indoor fitting environment remains visually and physically connected to the outside areas.
Sustainability has also been considered from the outset, with 28 solar panels integrated into the build to support long-term efficiency.
The outdoor performance areas are now taking shape alongside the building.
An 850 square metre tee area has been seeded to support elite-level fitting, while the surrounding short game spaces reflect the same attention to detail. Five newly installed bunkers, built to USGA specifications with capillary concrete bases, ensure consistent performance and durability.
Purpose-built hitting surfaces continue throughout the site, including a 70-metre artificial turf strip along the Grove range tee and a dedicated strip positioned directly in front of The Kingdom building. Custom short game hitting mats and premium SYNLawn target greens complete a fitting environment designed for repeatability and precision in all conditions.
Within the building, the fitting experience is defined by depth, choice, and clarity.
Across three fitting bays, more than 1,800 fitting shafts will be housed to support comprehensive carbonwood, metalwood, iron and wedge fittings. Golfers will also have access to 56 The Kingdom-exclusive shaft options available only at The Kingdom at The Grove.
Product options are equally expansive. TaylorMade’s full range of custom driver, fairway wood and rescue heads will be available, alongside Mini Driver fitting through custom, a service previously only available on the TaylorMade website. All wedge grinds and lofts will be offered in both left and right-handed configurations.
Every driver fitting will also include a The Kingdom-exclusive Qi4D headcover allowing golfers to walk away with a unique personalised memento of their experience.
As with all The Kingdom venues, technology underpins every decision.
The facility will feature three TrackMan 4 and three Foresight GC Quad Max systems to deliver tour-level data accuracy, alongside a Quintic putting system dedicated to roll and face analysis. Motion capture and biomechanics are supported through Gears camera systems, utilising 36 cameras across fitting and putting environments, complemented by high-speed camera setups and premium-spec performance computers.
Beyond fittings, the wider The Kingdom at The Grove experience has been carefully considered.
Golfers being fitted at The Kingdom at The Grove will be able to access Sun Day Red products, with The Kingdom-branded golf balls available onsite for purchase alongside other exclusive merchandise options. With 1,000 dozen TP5 golf balls allocated for the range and short game areas, every fitting session is supported to be the same standard as the golf course itself.
With the structure established and the performance spaces defined, The Kingdom at The Grove is moving into a phase where the full experience can be imagined.
The Kingdom at The Grove is no longer theoretical. The countdown is nearly over.
