As Manager of The Kingdom at The Grove, Ollie sets the benchmark for excellence. His leadership guides the entire fitting environment and ensures that every golfer who walks through the doors experiences the highest possible standard of service and precision. With more than six years at TaylorMade Golf and over a decade in custom fitting, he combines technical mastery with a calm, thoughtful approach that reflects the values of The Kingdom.

Ollie’s background in Engineering shapes the way he reads and translates data, helping golfers understand their performance with complete clarity. His philosophy is rooted in individuality. He often explains that it is not one size fits all but one size fits one. That belief influences the team’s process; the technology they rely on and the attention they give to understanding every player’s goals.

His experience spans from thousands of fittings for everyday golfers, TV personalities, content creators and DP World Tour professionals. He is known for delivering insight in a way that is approachable and meaningful, using technologies such as GEARS and Quintic to break down complex information into actionable steps.

Ollie has a particular passion for putter fittings. Quintic’s ability to capture over 1000 images per second allows him to reveal the smallest details of a golfer’s stroke and explain why certain head models, grips and specifications matter. His ability to make the technical feel intuitive is a hallmark of his leadership.

Having experienced The Kingdom in the United States, Ollie is committed to delivering a standard that matches and surpasses that experience in Europe. Under his guidance, every detail is considered, every decision has purpose and every fitting feels elevated from start to finish.

Lee brings nearly 16 years of fitting experience and is one of the most seasoned specialists within The Kingdom at The Grove team. His career began with a decade of retail fitting across multiple brands, followed by six years as a TaylorMade Experiential Technician delivering specialist fittings across the country.

Lee believes the foundation of any successful fitting is listening. Understanding what a player wants from their equipment, whether distance, dispersion, feel or confidence, shapes every decision he makes. His manner is calm, assured and built on thousands of hours of experience with golfers of all abilities.

His memorable moments range from lighthearted to technical. One fitting began with a golfer accidentally snapping his driver upon entering the swing room, while another involved guiding PGA Professional + Content Creator Chris Ryan into a Qi4D driver setup using slow motion video and shaft rotation methodology to reveal untapped consistency.

Lee enjoys fitting drivers and wedges, especially with the short game environments at The Kingdom at The Grove and the accuracy provided by TP5/x golf balls. His playing background includes a +1 handicap, two holes in one, club championships and county level representation. Growing up in Abbots Langley, he has a lifelong connection to the area surrounding The Grove.

George brings eight years of TaylorMade fitting experience to The Kingdom at The Grove and a strong understanding of how product evolution delivers real performance gains for golfers of all abilities. He believes the foundation of every great fitting is listening, taking time from the first interaction to understand what the golfer wants to achieve.

Having worked across multiple generations of TaylorMade equipment, George has a particular passion for fitting drivers. He has seen performance improve year on year through innovative design and fitting concepts, giving him confidence in finding solutions that suit both the data and the player.

Education is central to George’s approach. He enjoys explaining why changes are being made and how those decisions influence consistency and confidence, believing that understanding elevates the overall fitting experience.

One standout fitting involved an ex‑Walker Cup player returning to the game after several years away, where the most impressive gains came from the stability and consistency modern technology provided, particularly on off‑centre strikes.

George began playing golf at eight and later earned a BA (Hons) in Golf and Business Management. He has caddied on both the European Tour and Challenge Tour and has played to a strong club standard, including winning the Scratch Cup at his home club.
